The Minority Limousine Operators of America (MLOA), is a non – profit organization comprised of minority-owned limousine operators, affiliate and vendor members.

The Minority Limousine Operators of America prides itself as a proactive, non-profit; tax exempt national organization that is dedicated to the success of its members and the total support of all facets of the chauffeured transportation industry locally, statewide, and nationally.

Commitment, transparency, innovation. These three values have stood at the center of the Minority Limousine Operators of America mission since our founding in 2000. We wholeheartedly commit to the work we do with passion and dedication, transparently sharing it with the San Francisco community and inviting others to take part.
